We want your party to be the best that it can possibly be. Having kids of our own, we understand that your guest of honor should be the center of attention. You shouldn't have your party ruined by faulty equipment, late delivery of your party items or rude service technicians. We promise to do our best to insure your party goes off without a hitch.

There are a few things you need to keep in mind to make sure your items arrive on time and are ready for the big event.

Call Us Early.
We typically book 4 to 6 weeks in advance. To insure you get the exact style and preferences you want in your rentals, you need to reserve your unit as early as possible before the event. Making a reservation is easy. Simply call us at (423)358-0310. We will set your reservation and help you in any other way we can.

Pre-select a spot for your Bouncer/slide.
Having a space cleared and ready for our technicians will insure a smooth and easy set up of your rides. Here are a few things to keep in mind when selecting your spot.

• Locate a flat, level piece of land.
• Make sure you check the size of the unit you want to rent, and make sure you have ample room for it. Note: Each unit will expand as children play on it, please insure you allow at least 2 feet for this expansion. (IE. A 15' X 15' bouncer needs 17' X 17'of room.) Finally, don't forget the height, you will need 20' of clearance for most of our bouncers and slides.
• Inform us of the type of ground we will be setting the rides on. Grass and concrete have very different securing systems!
• Insure the area is clear. Our liability insurance will not allow our technicians to move your personal items.
• If your event is going to be held in a public park or other facility, you are responsible for making the arrangements. Any permits or fees must be settled before we will be allowed to set up your inflatable.

Power
In order to set up your ride, we will need an adequate power source. An outlet that is not being utilized by any other appliance is preferred. If you do not have an adequate power source, please inform us at the time of your reservation. Generators are available if needed, for a reasonable daily rate.

Supervision
Although we only rent the safest inflatables on the market, accidents can occur. Please plan ahead to insure your children not only have a great time, but a safe time. Most of our rentals have a front load feature, this means that 1 adult should be adequate for supervision. Here are a few tips:

• Rotate supervisor's to reduce fatigue and allow everyone to enjoy the party
• Never exceed the maximum capacity of an inflatable.
• Separate children by age/size and alternate play time by said group.

Adverse Weather
Although we do our best to insure that your party will be a hit, controlling the weather is not a service we can provide. Rain, lightening and wind are not weather conditions that inflatables should be used in. Because of the risks involved, if a storm should occur during your party, we STRONGLY recommend that you discontinue the use of the inflatable.

We also understand that you can not control the weather either. Should a weather system head our way and you must cancel your party, simply call us. We allow our customers to cancel up until 7am the day of the reservation. After this time, a $50 non-refundable fee will be charged.

If you are planning your party during months that are weather prone, we would suggest contacting a local school, church, YMCA, or other indoor facility that has adequate space to inquire about the use of their facility. We can set up all bouncers and dry slides indoors, provided there is sufficient space.
